Not very professional, We were asked before seeing the home to apply to get the house, as we needed to be an approved applicant to view the home. I had to make up a date for inspection as I didn't have one. Then our application was declined within 8hrs of sending it in. We both have fulltime work, same employee for a long time, good tenant history, same house for a long time always pay on time. Very poor service 19/03 - today the house is able to have inspections on it. So people can now go see the home. But we couldn't, see it... In regards to your response, it is pretty poor. Our application was clearly not reviewed properly as we only submitted it late in the afternoon and was declined early hours the next morning before i woke at 5am.
